Alright. I worked and I slaved and I saved. Now I have it. Is that really all it does? Increase Familiar experience?! Anyone come across some secret unlock or anything by wearing this item? In case anyone is interested: collecting items from the broken time world grind area seems to be the fastest way to hoard cash. Filagree clasp and rare coin equipped to increase rare item drops.
Just wanted to add my two cents, YES, it is all it really does as far as I can tell and I haven't seen it do anything else other than increasing Familiar experience. And the fastest way I have come across farming Entropy is by killing Slimes in the present Sealed Caves for Hi-Ether drops which sells for a lot.
