Well, I am not going to think about the biological process very much though. So here's my "simple" and "not to complicated" system. Human + Floran = 50% chance of getting a Human child and 50% chance of getting Floran child (no hybrid stuffs happening) And so on for the others.... Because I don't like imagining about cross species hybrid and stuffs. Cause it creeps me out... and it's kinda dark...
