Closed Help, quest reset after latest Patch

Hey guys, after the latest Patch or 2 patches age I logged back in and all my quests reset. I have all the items and advanced crafting benches and even the missions and tech at the computer. However my quests and those at the outpost are reset.
Is there anything I can do or do I have to replay the quests?

 

I'm having this same problem too. A few of the quests completed themselves when I loaded my old character, but now I apparently need to go find fuel for my ship again.
