I'm trying to complete this achievement, and I found a list online to show me all the rest of the items I need, but there's one item that I can't find anything about anywhere, and I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help me know what it is? It's the last one on the list.
Looks like the Health Potion to me. It's crafted from your inventory rather than cooked, needs a few mushrooms of different types.

Yeah it is for the PC.. I saw the list with all the other ones but I have one additional one for some reason.. and I can't figure out what it is!
