Modding Help Help with modding. How do I make planets (biomes) in the game for the update 1.3.1 (Latest)

I'm new to modding and I wanted to create a new biome mod. How do I do this?

 

Your question is a little too vague in that you aren't asking a question after getting stuck on a particular part you need clarified. You haven't even gotten started and these sort of question kinda sound like "do it for me." For all things you want to start with extracting vanilla assets and looking at them. It also isn't bad to look at mods that do the same thing too. And ask specific questions covering whatever is unclear.
