I don't have much modding experience but was looking into trying to cobble together a weapon for fun, and noticed that vanilla legendary weapons have a section that changes their sprites when upgraded, but nowhere in their files that I can see to change their stats. How does the game choose the upgraded stats? is it procedural based on the weapons default tier or is there something else I'm missing? Thanks!
Hi! Not much into modding either but I think I saw a mod which allows higher weapon tiers, with their stats increasing accordingly.
