Server Help How do i make myself an admin?

So i searched a bit and notice that i couldnt give myself admin through the console and i had to modify a .config file.. searching on it i found this line on the .config
Id like to get some advices on how to make this work properly? can someone just give me a modified text line so i can just copy and paste it and change the username/password?
