How do I restore my android save from the cloud?

New player. Just installed on Android when it came out. Unfortunately, my device got wiped and I lost my local data. However, I did press the cloud save button after every session, so it should be there somewhere. I just don't know how to restore the save file. When I go to load, it says there's no file, and there is no option anywhere about restoring from the cloud. Do I have to start a new game?
