How often can you go to a certain place? (very late game 1.4 update spoilers)

So, I unlocked the movie theater, and I took someone to the movies. When do I get to go to the movies again? every time I try to use a ticket, it says, "I don't feel like going to the movies again yet" or something similar. How often can I go to the movies? Not every day, it seems. Is it once a week? Once a season?

 

i managed to go once a week though i have no idea if that works on vanilla since i have so many mods that change the town and villiagers
