How to Transfer Universe to another Server

    My friend and I built a colony in this one public server we found on the net but suddenly the server became inactive. We switched servers thinking our colony would still be in the world we put it in but unfortunately it wasn't there. PLEASE HELP US, we really worked hard on our colony.
