i did a dumb, deleted character

so i had the bug where you can not complete the visit the outpost quest, where i scan everything and it still doesn't fill the quest gauge, so i was going to make a new character to see if i could complete that quest. well i went to delete the new character because i forgot to hit skip tutorial...and i deleted the wrong character >.< ive seen some threads that say find the .baki file and rename it but thats just of the new character i had. my character seems to be gone, grant it i had just started a world with this new person so im not that far but i was wondering if there is a way to find the remains of that character or not.

also playing modded with fracking universe installed as well as some other mods.
