I need help applying mods to only one save

I want to apply a certain mod to one save, but not the other. Is there a way to do this?

 

I just have multiple mods folders and swap them out accordingly. Not sure there's an easier way to do it.

 

Multiple mods folders? Where do I keep the one I'm not using, and how do I swap them out quickly?

Ok it worked, sorta. This particular mod is a bit buggy though ( makes sense, it was last updated in May, if I remember correctly ), so I'm not sure if it will still affect my other saves by itself. By the way, do you happen to be good at fixing mods? Cause this mod also got rid of most other items added by mods. Colorful mutant fish are nice, but I need my alchohol and sweets!

 

Also do you know how to make 2 copies of one save?
