Modding Help i need help - is there a mod which adds in instant housing?

here's my issue...
so one character my lush starting planet was almost always in either dust or mist.
i decided to build a house but then the dust just clipped right through and it annoyed me.
i had an idea to make some sorta blueprint for a house (or use anyone's instant house mod or whatever to make a quick house) i don't like making dull timber-and-dirt houses, so building takes a few minutes instead of just half a minute.
is there a mod for that? or is it possible but not made? or is it not possible...?

i overlooked it thinking "i can't scan my own bases" but looked deeper in it and i can.
