Modding Help i need help to make a cuphead mod

could anybody help me to make a cuphead mod i tried and failed i already made all the sprites needed
im tryng to make 3 masks

cuphead
mugman
king dice

and all the weapons with the ex atacks

Here you go, all you need to do is make the recipe files.
Wasn't sure if you wanted multiple guns, since you had many bullets, but guns only shoot 1 type of bullet + an alternate fire. I made the gun have the peashooter bullet as main fire, and Mega Shot as the alt fire

If you need to change anything though, you should be able to, if you need anymore help let me know
