Im getting an error every time I try to start the game...

I'm not entirely sure what caused this and I certainly don't know how to fix it.
I have tried Verifying the integrity of the files, it said they were fine but clearly they aren't.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, that too didn't change anything...
If anyone has had this, fixed this or just knows anything about it I would appreciate help.
