RELEASED Instrument Creation

I realise that this mod already exists but I didn't find out until I had finished creating this. However, mine is slightly different in that my friend made a custom sprite for the table and to create the table, the materials are a lot easier to obtain.
I intend to change this mod so that the items used to craft the instruments seem realistic to the actual item (currently it is wood planks...)
