NPC Instrument vendor ( or any other name that could suit its purpose )

This NPC would be a vendor whose purpose is to sell instruments of any kind ( the instruments in stock could also depend on the race of the merchant ). He/She could also give quest like gathering items from scavenging or monster hunting in order to make a new instrument that he/she would stock in his/her "buy" list.

This NPC could headbang, moonwalk or any other type of "dance" suitable for a musician.

This NPC would be like the playable races in the game and like other vendors you can meet on planets ( Human, Glitch, Floran, Hylotl, Avian, Apex and Novakid ).
