This idea kind of came from mario, where there would be a block that rotates around or a platform that would move in a locked direction. This would provide some platforming gameplay styles as well as other possible constructive structures. Like an elevator or a bunch of rotating platforms that hold certain gear that you can kind of cycle through. Like WALL-E's collection racks in his home.
