IOS game crashes then restarts day with no saving where I was :/

IOS 12.4.5 game keeps crashing randomly throughout the day all seasons. Happens mostly when I try and use the jukebox or zoom out or in. The game does not save progress when this happens and the pop up to continue where I left off doesn’t come up. It’s really annoying having to restart days.
