Bug/Issue Issue where when breaking blocks in game the blocks do not disappear but still give the item

    hi my GF has this issue where when she breaks blocks in-game, the blocks do not disappear but she still gets the items from the block.

    Are you using any mods? Does this happen in multiplayer or singleplayer?

    no mods, happens in single and multi as well, reinstalled also same issue, no errors in the log for some reason

    Ive basically spent up to 3 hours trying to solve this issue with the people in discord. Is it possible to have your suggestions for the issue with blocks not disappearing
