Bug/Issue Issues moving buildings?

Hey, so I don't ever remember this happening to me before, but for a couple days lately for some reason whenever I try to move a building on my farm it will usually not let me move it within the area the building was placed before picking it up. Also, it will not allow me to place a building like a barn, shed, or coop with it's door touching a floor or path set down which makes it really annoying when I try to reorginize my farm.

I don't know if these issues are caused from the few mods I have downloaded, but I feel asking here is my best bet. I even tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and the issue still happens.

If anyone has any info on this or has encountered it as well please let me know because I really want this dealt with.
