Yeah, I guess you don't need to use hex even though most of the player file is in hexadecimal values rather than text. I publicly challenge you to reply and explain why using hex is not needed.

To be fair, adding a crafting table that makes any item for free is technically a mod that spawns any item. Howeder, it is NOT invedit or anything similar and won't be usefull in the same way, but whatever. Gotta start somewhere. Don't see any other inventory editors around. But what about all the items that don't have "recipes"?

Duh just make a recipe for them, its easy but takes some time. Just copy a recipe, make a txt in the station folder, rename it to have .recipe at the end, paste the code into it, and for output add in the .item file name.
No one ever said a mod wouldn't be easy, it was said that an inventory editor program (e.g. external modifications) would not be easy. You have merely proven multiple people right. Also, don't be so arrogant.
Its not a trainer or a player file editor its a crafting station that has alot of items only for 1 pixel. it does the job
