I don't think .exe files are allowed (do correct me if I'm wrong) in the mod section, you might want to switch back to a plain folder or a .modpack. Edit: I'm sorry for any inconvenience I have caused you.
hey np didnt see that Ill fix that but thats a stupid rule so long as theyre clean they should be allowed
I can see the value of self-installers. So maybe put that version on the other Starbound modding sites, put a link to it in the mod description here, it's a bit of a minor "loophole", but it lets you cover everyone's preferences without breaking rules.

Excited to try this again, any plans on putting into the Steam workshop? I do all my mod collecting there now.
glad your excited its a lil different ! yea i just have to get all my stuff setup to put my mods there too but i will for sure
is it compatible with MacOS? The answer is yes, keep it as a pak file and got to /Users/YOURNAME/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common After that press starbound and if you don't already have a folder in there called "mods" (no capitals) then create one and drag the .pak file in there. It doesn't have to be opened so no point of paying for useless applications to "open" your file!
