Mech assembly station problem

I couldn't get my assembly station to authorize for me, i did both the mech mission already. Still the penguin doctor doesn't give me the parts of the mech, and doesn't open the mech station for me. I try to use admin to reset it, but it doesn't work. Can anyone help me with this? I will be thankful for you guys help!
