I do suppose they would get along great though, and besides if anything I could try to create a city for them, Or something...

Hmm it seems that the government is a kleptocracy, meaning ruled by thieves, this means that the heads of government go for personal wealth and power, at the expense of population approval, this form of government is also know as mafia state. Which is exactly what seems to be this peoples style of life

 

Extremely amazing, but I think ( this is only my opinion ) their faces should change, they don't have much emotion...

The degrees of eh in their face are as limitless as the stars themselves!

Oil people with industrial setting along with influences of steampunk and 50's gangster culture? Hell yeah!!!
Sadly I doubt that they would be added officially. Pixelated one-eyed creatures don't have much facial expressions or detail. The design reminds me slightly of Novakids, both having a little facial features.

 

Acually the setting is dieselpunk considering the era and the dark overtones. In other words though it is great indeed
