Bug/Issue Missing Crew, through the challenge door

Missing Crew Members: I told them to stay while I was inside a Challenge Door. When I finished they didn't beam back up with me. But the AI still shows them in the crew members, I still receive the buff from the missing chemist, and it still counts towards my total crew members.

I actually went all the way back to the beginning of the challenge (missed the timing on the challenge so had to redo), and I didn't see them there. Figured they died or simply left when I got too far.

Trigger Status: Haven't found a challenge door yet, but I'm running around with dummy members to hopefully trigger it again.
