Mods not loading in Starbound

I have played Starbound Unstable whit mods and it ran perfectly.
But when I play ordinary Starbound whit more mods, it behaves like I didn't install mods at all.
I'm speaking of mods installed directly in the Starbound mod folder (not true Steam subscriptions)

What should I do?

 

Have you extract the mods. I mean the mods were compressed file and you need to extract it first before Starbound can detect it.

 

I have extracted them whit Z-Zip, exactly the same way I did in Starbound Unstable
