I have Smapi all installed and set up and some of the mods work but the ones that dont have the error "not a smapi mod" on it and I was wondering if there was a way to fix this so it can work.
Please upload your smapi log here (follow instructions on the page). Without further information we can't really help you. Since you were able to install some mods successfully you might have tried to install xnb mods. SMAPI mods have a manifest.json file in their main folder.
