Bug/Issue Monster Head distortion bug

This Monster, with the brontosuarus head, right here? I have a problem with this type of head.

I'm sure this issue can be replicated assuming you can generate a monster with this kind of head part(?) and have a method of inflicting knockback or death. This is performed with actions in game.

1. find or generate a monster with this type of head.

2. Hit it with a knockback or kill it. its head will deform into this...
When the monster with this head type is hit with a knock back, its head distorts into some weird looking head. As it its head completely morphs.

It looks like a completely different head altogether.
