I don't think it would be too hard to add a nonbinary/third gender option (or possibly more) to the base game (as in without mods) as well as pronoun options separate from gender. I just want to be able to play without feeling dysphoric! I think having more gender options, adding pronoun options and picking what gendered (or non gendered) terms NPCs will use for you, and even letting the wizard change your gender as part of the change your appearance feature would be excellent additions to the game.
