WIP MotherShip! ~Large Custom Mothership (version .1a)

This is a work in progress ship release I decided I'd make this morning. It took a little bit of tinkering to figure out the blocks->pixels crap, but you can expect more ships from me in the future.
This Mothership is for all of you galactic adventurers that are sick and tired of running out of room no matter how many other "larger ship" mods you've downloaded and tried.

Keep in mind that this is the very basic version .1a.
I'll be adding much more detail as I go, but for the time being here is the ship.







Attached below is a .zip file including the following files:

shipshipmod.png

Simple instructions for installation on new character:

• Browse to ....Steam\SteamApps\Common\Starbound\Assets\Ships
• Choose a race to use the Mothership with.
• Open the "Avian.zip" (I originally created it for my avian character, you can ignore the name of the zip if you'd like)
• Backup your race folder just in case you want to reset to standard ship
• move the two images (dropshipblocksmod.png , and shipshipmod.png) into your selected races ship folder
• Copy and replace the dropship.structure file in the selected races ship folder with the one from the zip
• Start Starbound
• Conquer

If you're installing this on a pre-existing character:

• make sure your current ship is cleaned out of everything you want to keep and put safely down on your home planet.
• close Starbound fully
• Browse to ... Steam\SteamApps\Common\Starbound\Player
• make sure the last character you saved and exited with is the one you want the new ship on.
• sort your player files by date changed
• delete the most recent .SHIPWORLD file
• Make sure you followed the instructions with the .zip (adding the images and .structure file to your \assets\ships\ under the class you're editing)
• Start Starbound
• Conquer

 

Funny thing is, I'm also working on a mothership for some days now, and when I'm about to release, someone releases it with a similar name
