Bug/Issue Mr. Qi Sending 10k Every Day

So I'm playing on the multiplayer build 1.3.19 with my girlfriend. She hosts, I play. The past ~5 ingame days, Qi has been sending (only) me the 10,000g that you get from his achievement. Not sure how to get him to stop.
For now, I've just been purchasing and despawing 10k worth of items everyday.

Here are the mods we are using (but we disabled all and it seems to still happen):
-TimeSpeed
-SkullCaveSaver
-TehsFishingOverhaul


Edit: Randomly, he stopped sending it after about 6 days ingame.
