Bug/Issue Multiplayer- purchased house but didn't receive update

Hello,
My partner purchased the house upgrade in our coop game. The save file is under my account. Robin took our money and wood. We have waited about a week in game and still have yet to receive the update to either the main host house or the farmhand house. We don't have enough gold or wood to try to replicate the error. Has anyone else experienced this?
