Closed Multiple Saves (creating a backup)

Is there a way to save your current game to a new save slot in order to create a backup save?

I am playing the game on the Xbox One and I want to save my current game to a different slot in the save list without having to start a new game and work my way all the way back through.

Especially since there is no mention anywhere that I can find that starting a New Game+ game won't overwrite my current save on normal.

I thought if I downloaded the game on my PC and thru Xbox Game Pass PC that I could find the save game on my computer and create a 2nd save file that way, but it doesn't appear at all. I think it's because of the Cloud syncing, but this game doesn't even appear in my Saved Games folder.

I did find a folder in AppData, but the majority of what's in there is just more empty folders.
