My Ship Cannot Be Upgraded

    So today, I finally got the requirements for the falcon ship license. But when I go to the outpost to upgrade it, i cannot. Is there any way i can fix this?



    p.s. when i talk to the vendor that gives out ship licenses, he is still selling the falcon license.
