Closed My textures become black boxes + S.A.I.L. teleporting does not work

So every time i want to go to the floran hunting caverns mission it does not work and i get beamed back to my ship or the Game freezes while beeing in the teleporting animation.But if i get beamed back to my ship,i get black textures everywhere.that happens too, if i play for like 10 to 20 minutes.
I already deleted my universe, made a new char, went in admin mode, tried to skip the floranmission1, tried to warp myself into the floranmission1, tried to uninstall all mods(it already happened before i used mods at all) and i tried to re-install starbound.
My pc should be capable to run starbound properly and without lags etc.
There is also a TEMPWORLD data of the floranmission1 in my universe folder.Is that important?
I cant get a proper crash report becaurse it only freezes forever but i got this instead :
