    Indeed, those will be standard police issue for situations when the pistol is not enough... like trying to subdue a savage troublemaker. I should mention that with fully charged cells, the thing has 50 pulses before needing to reload.

    Name: Lance Kilkenny Stone

    Age: 28

    Physical Description: A leaner man who also happens to be a bit taller than most ((Specifically 6’4 206lbs)), short simple brown hair, he is always in black, in a black duster, vest, flat brimmed hat and pants, but a white undershirt. Has a rough limp in his left leg that he counters with a steel cane he always carries, almost always avoids face to face encounters if he can. Short very dark brown hair and steel blue eyes under his brim.

    Personality: A man who unless it's getting something he needs or cutting straight through bullshit, will keep his distance from everyone and everything, playing spectator until he thinks his presence is necessary or his patience is tested. And with his lack of social activities, he comes off as almost belligerent to danger, regarding some things almost comedically, cold to any remarks to him and a no-shit attitude to boot. This attitude breaks for very few..And earning his respect, however the hell you manage that, could always be a big help. ((Think a more conserved Doc Holliday.))

    Vocation: Gunman

    Advantages:

    Experienced shooter: He backs up the stories around him when the need arises..
    Notorious: Many know him, few attempt anything on him.
    Watchful: When you never know when someone wants to kill you..You know to keep an eye out for those showing intent.
    Intimidator: Awful threatening for a cripple when he needs to be...

    Flaws:

    Bad Leg: Aside from being Cane bound, he is much slower than any person and extended time without his cane will hurt worse and worse, extremely weak at the knee.
    Notorious:Those few who DO test him come for blood..
    Distant: May be caught out of position for battles or combat.
    One hand busy: He can't leave his cane during any quick or heavy movement, meaning one hand for his jobs.
    Bad Rap: Odds are those he have signed up to help wouldn't trust him if they had a gun on him.
    Cybernetic rejection: Strong disbelief in Cybernetics, if you aren't your best at what you're given, you aren't meant to be better.

    History: Wherever Lance goes, most avoid him, none attempt conversation with him, and he's content to let that be, he's a man who has been blown up and about with rumors, most of them with him being a cruel killer, of the story of a distant colony and of horrid bloodshed, countless lives lost, and the one person who was responsible.. Many know his name and most know not to interrupt his solace...The few that don't know learn too late. You can choose whether to believe or not, he doesn't care.

    So, a few comments. I noticed you mentioned the armour in her description, not her equipment list we might want to discuss what it's rated for, for example, does it protect against light rifles, but the 10mmLR might give it trouble; 'nice' isn't much of an advantage, more of a personality trait especially since you countered it with the 'too nice for a bounty hunter' bit; and is there a story about the lost eye, and a reason that she didn't get a prosthetic replacement? Having only one eye is a pretty crippling disadvantage, especially for a sniper.

    Being brittle boned does not play well with being athletic; 'He built his own prosthetics', I assume that refers to the friend.

    Name: Tim (Test Intelligence Matrix)
    Age: 41 months
    Personality: Being made for war Tim has no problem with killing, what he does have a problem with is harming those that don’t fight back. Tim actually has quite a strong sense of right and wrong, even if it is a little warped.
    Vocation: Freelancer

    Physical Description: Tim is a 9.5ft humanoid robot made primarily out of thick steel plates.
    Coming up above his left shoulder is are two pipes, one vents of steam while the other exhaust.
    On his lower torso there is a grill behind which burns the fire that creates his steam, above that in his chest area is the thickest plated section of his body as that is where both his steam tank and brain are located.
    Tim's head is a lot shorter than that of a humans and consists of two cameras, one of which is slightly cracked, as well as a small but powerful speaker.
    His legs aren't notable except of his feet which extend out in all directions into a round shape rather like an elephants.
    On Tim's right arm there is a pipe that ends just above his wrist, on his left part of a rail-gun is visible protruding from his forearm.
    A large portion of Tim's body is covered in a light layer of rust and he sports a fair few scratches and small dents. In terms of paint jobs it appears that as a prototype Tim was barely painted with only a few orange lines that have all but faded away.
    Tim occasionally lets out steam from the pipe above his shoulder, when in combat he does this more frequently as well as sometimes letting off fire.

    Traits:
    Advantages:
    -Pain Immune: Tim has no sense of pain.
    -Weapon Master: Tim is programmed to be skilled with almost any weapon.
    Flaws:
    -Large: Tim is large enough to make it difficult to get into certain places and make him an incredibly easy target.
    -Exhaust Fumes: Tim lets off small amounts of toxic gas, while under normal circumstances this isn't dangerous you wouldn't want to be trapped in a confined space with him.
    -Low Mobility: While not slow, Tim is by no means fast.
    -Machine: Tim constantly requires flammable material to use as fuel.
    -Hot: Tim wasn't designed for human interaction, subsequently his designers didn't think to add anything to stop his surface from reaching dangerously high temperatures.
    -Steam Powered: Tim constantly needs water to keep on running.
    -Intricate Internals: Despite his heavy armor, Tim is still venerable. Should someone pierce his defense and hit one of his cylinders or any number of other delicate parts, whole sections of his body could be rendered useless.
    -Noisy: Between his joints, steam and fire Tim is very noisy.

    Cybernetics:
    -Pneumatic Pistons: Tim's framework includes cylinders of compressed air that give him superhuman strength to the limit of his frame. The downside to this is that in the event that one of the pistons should get damages that limb will cease to function.
    -Steam Ventilation System: Tim can redirect excess steam and shoot it out of a pipe located above his left wrist.
    -Inbuilt Rail-gun: Tim has a powerful rail-gun built into his left arm.
    -Advanced Hud: Tim has an advanced hud programmed into him, capable of tracking, aiming, analysis and providing all the data you could ask for.
    -Reinforced Plating: Tim has very thick plating capable of stopping all but the most heavy of shots.
    -Super Computer: Tim has a supper computer built into him granting him an eidetic memory as well as letting him workout insanely complex things in his head
    -Camera Eyes: The cameras that are Tim eyes have no special features like infrared vision, they are however capable of doing anything a human eyes can to far better, like processing images at a fast speed, detecting moment adjusting to the light or dark, etc.

    Equipment: a cart, 100L of water, spare parts, coal.

    History: During the war a group of scientists developed a steam-powered war robot, If it had ever been deployed they would have singlehandedly been the most powerful arsenal in the war.
    The problem with the robots was that their programming made their actions predictable and once a strategy was developed the robots would have been easily defeated.
    As a solution to this problem they developed the 'Test Intelligence Matrix' and by developed I mean shoved a human brain into one of their creations.
    Not long after they developed Tim the scientists where shelled and the lab destroyed, Tim however survived.
    For a while Tim wondered around without even realising he wasn't a human, though that was only until he met real humans.
    Now Tim, still looking for a place to fit in, finds himself being hired out to defend the construction of a railway.

    Other notes:
    Tim is theoretically one of the most dangerous and well armed soldiers out there, as he has much more weaponry and equipment built into him, in reality he has no idea whatsoever how to use even a fraction of his ability.

    Physical Description: Kinda short, wears a thick jacket with the hood up most time. Wears headphones, glasses. Wears jeans with simple sneakers. His hands are both a greyish silver metallic color. His hair is a dark blue with black streaks. Navy blue eyes
    Personality: Quiet, slight jerk. Spacey. Very "annoyed" at all the anti-bionics movements
    Vocation: Cartographer/ Support tinkerer
    Traits:
    Advantages:
    Telescoping blades in his arms, allowing for " Jermyn " arms at a time, allowing his hands to slide down to the ends of the blades after they extend. Tinkerer. Extremely powerful right leg. Uses a personal style of martial arts when he uses his blades in a fight. Good shot with his Payload rifle
    Flaws:
    Take out his right leg and he can't move. Would get in a fight with an anti bionicist on purpose. Easily annoys people. Insomnia, slightly deaf

    Cybernetics: Cybernetic right and left arms, with blades telescoping from his wrists, a bionic left leg.
    Equipment: His headphones, wristwatch, his clothes, a set of blank maps and a pen,

    Payload Rifle- Only firing specialized rounds. Firing what he calls " Seraphim rounds" His rifle is more of a small rail assisted launcher, launching canisters that deliver payloads. He can set the canisters to detonate when he wants them to and automatically detonate them with the press of a button
    S-1 Round: A small canister full of tiny balls with slightly curved circular saws on them. They roll around, clamping onto things and digging and sawing into them. At this size, more of an annoyance. All the S family rounds explode when their lifespan is up
    S-2: Bigger and slightly deadlier incarnation of the S-1, holds about eight Seraphim spheres

    A medium sized drone called Kronos, that helps carry his stuff. He looks like this Kronos.jpg


    4 retrievable cartography drones
    10 S-1 canisters ( Takes 5 hours to make one canister )
    5 S-2 canisters ( 16 hours )

    History:
    Crippled in a horrid wreck when he was little, he lost his right and left arm, and his right leg. His parents were highly against cybernetics, bionics, etc, so he had to grow up using only his right leg and foot to do things. His friend's father was a prosthetics engineer, so he had pity on Miknid. He sent him a simple prosthetic arm via his son. Miknid had to hide it from his parents, but when they were gone he started to work on an arm out of bits and bobs. He eventually made one, then a leg. His parents found out, and threw him out when he was fifteen. He took to being a cartographer, using drones and such. But he actually drew the maps out by hand, he found it relaxing. On his way home, he was mugged and beaten, someone actually stealing his left arm. He worked up enough money to get a very high grade prosthetics kit. He built his own arms and leg, adding a lot of strength to his leg, and telescoping blades to his arms. Was called to the NML to act as a cartographer

    Name: Jade Rendal

    Age: 27

    Race: Human
    Physical Description: Blonde haired, scar on the right side of her face. Black, reflex armor, combat boots. Her eye is a pink color, a scar is on her right eye and right side of her face.

    Personality: Kind, bubbly. Very, very energetic.

    Vocation: Sniper
    Traits:
    Advantages:
    Pretty, great shot, bionic eye, reflex cloth armor
    Flaws:
    Slow shot, Too bubbly, lots of enemies

    Cybernetics: Bionic right eye
    Equipment: AMR rifle, 40 normal rounds, holdout pistol
    History:

    A hired killer...although, she isn't good at it...she's too nice.... She was hired to kill a certain Lance Stone, but she got to know him, and got attached. She travels around with him to take care of and protect him

    I apologize deeply, I must be difficult to work with; it doesn't help that I'm releasing information at a slow rate, and that information must be making things more complicated than it needs to be. I've written up a few details on armour to hopefully clarify things, at least for the options you'll have available to you.

    Reflex- An improvement on kevlar-style ballistic cloth. The name comes from the fact that it reflexively hardens to better absorb impacts. At its standard thickness it protects agains most pistol threats, similar to level IIIA ballistic armours while being notably lighter. It does come in a ‘heavy’ variety for better protection, but keep in mind that it is still flexible armour, and even if it stops the bullet, you’ll still suffer blunt trauma.
    -Ballistic inserts are also available, for those who wish to better protect without throwing on too much weight.

    Clamshell- A simple cuirass made of a metal and ceramic laminate. Usually worn over a reflex jacket, it will protect against common rifle calibers without adding too much weight to one’s kit; it’s only designed to protect the torso however. A heavy model is also available which might even stop some armour piercing rounds, but this does add extra weight. It is an option to only wear the front plate if you wish to cut down on weight, naturally this leaves your back exposed.

    Combat Hardsuit- For those who feel underprotected by a clamshell cuirass, this more extensive option covers the whole body. Using the same construction as it’s lesser cousin, it’s heaviest at the torso, while lighter articulated plates cover the limbs. With the helmet in place it also provides some environmental protection, but the whole suit is unpowered and has a substantial amount of weight to it.


    And geez, just throw it all on me at once.
    Alright, I understand you've put a lot of work into this, but unfortunately I've got to ruin the party. This isn't a steampunk story, so coal powered robots are out of the question, plus artificial intelligence is limited if anything. If you want to play a robot, there is the option of being a full body cyborg. Next time, please tell me your idea before going 'full steam' in that direction.
    Uh, quite the change in character concept. Not sure how I feel about the Seraphim rounds, keep in mind you can only fit so much in a 25mm bore, it's only an inch wide; they do remind of manhacks though. The more likely option would be combat drones, since you already have the map drones, why not lean more in that direction?
    I didn't say you couldn't have the heavy armour, I just wanted to know what kind of protection you wanted from it. It also looks like you didn't change her physical description to match the changes.

    Which are what came to mind when reading the description for your 'seraphim' rounds. Besides angry flying things, you could get land based units like the SHIV:

    Now, those are just examples. You could put a gun on a flying drone or have an angry lawnmower slice up ankles, just expect them to be larger than what you can fit in the barrel of a gun.
