Bug/Issue Noise continues after killing cave fly

When I was in the mines I was fighting some cave flies, I noticed that if you kill a cave fly with the right click of a sword the noise of the cave fly continues and does not stop until you go to the next floor or leave the mines. I was able to recreate this multiple times, so it was not a one-time thing. I also double checked for any hiding cave flies, there were none. This is not a super big issue and does not make the game unplayable, just a little bug I find annoying.
