Bug/Issue Nuru can get stuck at the end of Fetch the Floran Artifact

The 3 of us were playing together on a private server last night. We did the Floran mission, defeated the end boss, and then Nuru got stuck on the right-side trap door.



I don't know how it happened. I'm thinking the door somehow opened and closed with Nuru on it and trapped her.
With Nuru being stuck, the event couldn't progress and the whole mission essentially soft-locked.

First time this happened to me. Anyone else see this happen? Happen to know what triggers it?
