Write down what you've got and the amount of them, then as an admin (type /admin in chat) you would use the Cheater's Recipe Book (crafted at the kitchen crafting table) to craft the items you had before, do it as an admin so it won't eat your resources. Then when you're done just dispose of the Cheater's Recipe Book and exit admin mode (type /admin in the chat again)

 

I installed the mod with More Farming but I never used it, never cooked something. What I've to save? This is not clear :/

 

Well, if you haven't used the appliances, then I wouldn't worry about it. Everything changed was related to the appliances.
