I guess it's too late to suggest this, but one thing always bug me about the LIs in Harvest Moon series are how young they all are. Supposed this series become a success, will be ever be possible to add a bit more mature looking LIs in?
I guess the reason we have young LIs is because the player is young. I think the one love interest, Elliot, looks older.
The reason they look young is mainly due to the anime style. This game is more of a western style, so it shouldn't be as bad. Some mugshots are already public.
As a gamer who is almost 41, I totally agree with having a few older love interests. I always ended up liking some of the older characters from the Harvest Moon games like Hayden, but you can't marry him.
As a younger gamer, I want to agree with the older one by saying that its always nice to see a fresh face whos been about the block a few more times than the other ones. Even if you dont want to marry/ court them, older folks tend to have alot of qualities that are accessible only to them due to experience/maturity.
