Just FYI, I had been hosting playstarbound.com on my personal VPS and it seems to have weathered the big unveiling pretty well. But now that we have forums it's running over my memory limit and causing big issues.

Tiy was able to secure a dedicated server for us, so we'll be moving across to that just as soon as that gets finished being set up.

Ah. That explains it. I thought it was my browser; though to be fair, there are a large number of people moving over from TO =P

 

Yeh, I have had some issues. But seemed ok after a while. Well faster is never a bad thing

Ooh I thought that was my internet derping for me.

 

I noticed at the start it was kind of slow, but I figured it was because of the page scripts all being cached. Though, noticing now, it IS getting pretty slow. Will be nice to get that speed boost!

 

Space hobos in the I.P. vents will do that to a site.

Thanks for the update. It was starting to remind me of dial up. I was wondering if I should start cleaning up the house while I waited for pages to load. j/k was not that bad.

i have had issues with TO forums too. im hoping they will get better as they upgrade stuff for the incoming bandwagon of people.

Meh. I'm on the university computers in the lab in my dorm basement for now, so it'll be slow for me no matter what until "my" computer gets fixed.

Wow, I've been experiencing no issues at all.... but I have been on youtube for a while so there is that....
