The dirty edits you're using now will likely cause some comparability problems with other mods. To increase compatibility with other mods I would suggest using .patch edits instead. Kawa's Starbound JSON Lab has an automatic patch generator you can use, if you're not familiar with the .patch system.

I went in and did a quick replacement with .patch files and deleted all the files that weren't being edited, but still being replaced: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zCYnAswFRsWkxy66j85LncRmUBptb0M5

I didn't test it out at all so there could be errors, but it should give you a good idea on how the .patch system works. Hope that and the patch generator link above helps.
