Anywhere, I guess.
Although I kinda had the idea of an underground variant, with drills for arms, an armored eye, and the missile batteries on his shoulders.

Except instead of uselessly flailing his arms at you, he can actually grab you and POWERBOMB YOU into the GROUND.

This looks vaguely familiar. Nice idea, I think it would be an interesting addition.
