It doesn't work for me (my version of the game: 1.0.5), I also tested your other mod "C.H.A.R.A" and it doesn't work too. (I put it in my mods folder like normal)
In game I only see his name "P.A.P.Y.R.U.S" and his little logo on the top of the window, but the animated part is still S.A.I.L

Any help? this mod looks so cool

 

Not sure if you're still updating this mod or not, but I just thought I'd let you know that this mod only shows the name PAPYRUS, but the quests & when I'm on my talking to the AI is SAIL. I am using a race mod (Umbreon) that shows that specific race for the AI, & I'm using the 1.1.1 version of Starbound.

 

Custom Races overwrite the sprites so it wont show

 

Ok. Thank you for clearing that up. I guessed that might've been it but wanted to make sure.

 

How can I insert P.A.P.Y.R.U.S in a modded race?
