Traditional Pelican assassin

here is my first try at making a character, first one is enlarged, some detail may be gone from the new size, but you can see him a bit clearer.
below, is my original (smaller) version. I hope you like my characters, i based him off of a pelican mostly, but added some assassin gear, (and a cowboy hat. )
any feedback would be very appreciated. thanks for checking out my pictures!
