Possible Achievement Bug/Issue?

    Gremorys Space Hobo

    I play SDV 1.3 on Steam and whenever I skim through my achievements, I noticed that I have the "Popular" achievement but not the "Cliques" achievement.

    Any reasoning/solution on this matter?

    Picture is attached for those who want visual evidence of some sort.
