Problem with teleporting help

I have recently bought Starbound and I have been playing it normally, and then for some reason I just couldn't teleport to my ship from the ground. In the right corner on the teleport picture it says disabled. I can teleport of my shim when I die but not to my ship from the ground. Can somebody help me with this problem?

 

Pretty sure you can teleport back to ship only when there is no background tiles behind your char.
To be more clear about this- you can't teleport to ship when being underground, in caves, in houses, dungeons. At least i think so.
