Bug/Issue Protonmail ban

    So I wanted to change my email as I switched provider from Outlook to ProtonMail. I noticed that when I typed in protonmail, I get a popup saying that the email address was banned.
    This goes for every email address that contains the word "protonmail".
    Examples:
    - "test@protonmail.com"
    - "test@protonmail.cf"
    - "protonmail@gmail.com"

    The popup:

    The workaround as of now is to use @pm.me address provided by ProtonMail.

    Protonmail was banned due to massive amounts of bots using this provider and signing up here to spam the forum with ads.

    That's odd, but thank you for the clarification. At least people who are using ProtonMail for legit reasons will now know why it's banned because of this thread.
