WIP Punny Race! (Prinny based mod)

BUT HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO BE A PENGUIN...
WITH A FANNY PACK?!!​

Well to avoid copyright issues in the future, I attempted to make a race heavily inspired by Prinnies!

I call them.. The Punnies or Punny if referring to one!

They are pretty much Prinnies that will almost always have a pun in their sentence!

I've only started Pixel Art very recently soo apologies if anything looks bad, however this is what I managed to muster up.

Look ma', no hands!


Don't worry if you don't like purple, it should be changeable. But why wouldn't you like purple? Purple is awesome.​

Completed:

• Idle frames of the whole Punny (except blinking when idle).

To do list:

• Improve sprite. (Adding minor details like stitches or something and just making it look better in general)
• Make the rest of the animation.
• Make different Fanny packs.
• Learn how to properly position sprites for proper in-game animation.
• Find heaps of puns.
• Procrastinate less.
• Think of more things to put on this list.

Not gonna lie but this is creepy for me xD

 

Just noticed that the art style for my current one is very different and doesn't fit in with other races.

It'll probably look a lot different from what is shown here.

Would people rather have a Punny that looks more similar to the normal Prinnies or a more Original Starbound fitting one?

In other news, I've completed the walk animation which doesn't look too bad, it has bobbing and all that jazz.
Still need to do running animation (If you didn't know you can walk by holding spacebar).
